This Lower Delta condominium project highlights a vibrant Bohemian aesthetic, custom architectural reconfiguration, and spatial planning by Edgeline Planners in Singapore.
The design team at Edgeline Planners executed a major structural transformation at Teresa Ville, catering to the homeowner’s lifestyle through complete space planning. The interior seamlessly weaves rich, expressive color palettes—such as deep burnt orange and mustard yellow accents—with eclectic textures, reflecting the warm Bohemian style.
Through extensive Spatial Reconfiguration, the project completely reconstructed the internal staircase and added a powder room to meet the homeowners’ entertaining needs. The space uses Seamless Spatial Carpentry alongside durable quartz countertops from TSD and decorative mosaic tile finishes from Hafary, delivering an Understated Residential Curation across Bukit Merah Cluster.
